What is Endurance ? You must do this 2 types of excercise to get your energy system steady but don't forget to take Vitamins and "balance foods"everyday..

The most powerful energy system is the "Anerobic" system . And what is anerobic ?

An example of Anerobic excercise are :-

1. Short sprint ( 50 meters with speed )

2. Shuttle run ( running 5 -10 metres with burst of speed )

3. Fartlek (running up hill,( 50 metres) walking(100 metres),sprinting short distance (100 metres) , walking 100 metres, etc

# ( Most excercise is done in a short period of time e.g 10 - 20 seconds )

The less powerful energy system is the "Aerobic System" that keep a "great capacity of energy supply " .

An example of Aerobic excercise are :-

1. Long distance running or Marathon ( 3 - 6 km non -stop)

2. Aerobic Excercises ( 30 -60 minutes non -stop )

# ( Most excercise is done in a very long period of time - 30 mins.- 1 hrs. )

Anerobic combine with Aerobic = Energy system

Stay Fit, or You are fit to play or play for fit ......
